Henry Daniell, Jane Eyre, 1943. Vincent Price was testing as Brocklehurst in February 1943 - after a Fox press release announced Gallagher in the role. He made two films only: Adam’s Rib, with Tracy and Hepburn, 1948, and Singin’ in the Rain, with everyone else, 1951.
