Elaine attempted to cut her name from all ads and posters of her sole cinema film, the limp sex comedy: Adventures of a Plumber’s Mate, 1978. An odd, not to say hypocritical move considering she had been nude every night - and matinees - during the London production of Hair: The American Tribal Love-Rock Musical.
