- Ron Ely, The Aquanauts, TV, 1960-1961. After the first 14 episodes, Larsen had to quit due to health issues. He was replaced, more as the star than the character, by Ely for trhe next four (and final) CBS shows. By the end of the 60s, Ron was the tele-Tarzan.
