- Romney Brent, Adventures of Don Juan, 1948. Change of the Spanish King Phllip III. Errol Flynn’s hero was greatly assisted by stuntman Jock Mahoney (Sally Fields’ step-father) and clips from Flynn’s Adventures of Robin Hood, 1937. Plus, when we saw Don Juan entering London in the 1948 release, it is really a decade younger Flynn doing likewise as the Earl of Essex in The Private Lives of Elizabeth and Essex, 1938!
