Rorke was first choice for the Nazi Colonel Von Broeck in the re-make of an actual 1944 US Army Air Corps training film, Resisting Enemy Interrogation - what to do (and not to say) if shot down and taken prisoner. Rorke is best known as the ever suspicious Dr Alfred E. Bellows in I Dream of Jeannie, 1965-1970 - the series with Larry Hagman, but never Barbara Eden’s (banned) navel.
