1. - Alain Cuny, La Dolce Vita, Italy-France, 1959. Having already tested a young Milan beauty (Adriana Botti), Federico Fellini went back to try and charm the Milan writer into playing Steiner - the intellectual based, by co-writer, Tullio Poinelli, on Cesare Pavese. Fellini lost both but found Italy’s Elvis - and future star and realisateur Adrianao Celatano walked on into his film debut. Uncredited until... well, now.
