- Meredith MacRae, Petticoat Junction, TV, 1963-1970. The Swedish-born Gunilla (Nat King Cole’s longtime lover, according to his daughter, Natalie) was Willimena Josephine (or Billie Jo) Bradley for the first 29 episodes. She was then hurriedly replaced by Oklahoma/Carousel singer Gordon MacRae’s daughter, Meredith, for the final 92 episodes, 1966-1970. Plus three 1968 shows in the other rural comedy hit, The Beverly Hillbillies. Hutton later joined The Love Boat,and Fantasy Island, before quitting the business in 1981
