1. - James Beluhsi, Salvador, 1985. Writer-director Oliver Stone mused about   a cinema verité version with newsman Richard Boyle and the San Francisco radio dee-jay Doctor Rock playing themselves. In reality, Rock never rolled to El Salvador.   "He'd always cop out," says Stone, "scared of going there with somebody as crazy as Boyle.. So I said: Well, let's take him... and see what happens."
